Experiencing a service interruption

We recently experienced a service interruption that temporarily affected access to our platforms and delayed certain transfer functionalities. We are pleased to report that the root cause has been mitigated and the majority of all services have been successfully restored. This incident is now resolved. All services — the website, online banking, the mobile app, card payments, internal transfers, and SEPA Instant transfers — have been operating normally and have remained stable under continuous monitoring.

We have successfully mitigated the root cause of the earlier service interruption. Access to the main website, online banking, and mobile app has been restored. However, as we continue to stabilize the system, clients may still experience intermittent failures or delays with internal transfers and SEPA Instant transfers. Our engineering team is actively working to resolve these specific transfer functionalities
