Impact:
Most customers in Bulgaria will be affected.
During the maintenance window, many Bulgarian accounts will be temporarily locked while the currency finalization runs.
Transactions involving Bulgarian accounts may be delayed, and some operations may be temporarily unavailable (requests can fail and need to be retried after the maintenance).
Once maintenance is completed, normal processing will resume and queued transactions will continue.
