Delays in Checkout Processing Payments via SEB bank
We are currently experiencing a technical issue that may cause delays in the processing of certain outgoing and incoming payments. All funds remain safe, and no transactions will be lost. Affected payments will be processed automatically once the issue is resolved. We are treating this matter with the highest priority and are working to restore normal processing times as quickly as possible.
Paysera Checkout - delays in Merchant Payments being released.
We are currently working on resolving an issue that Checkout payments might be slow to release for merchants from hold status. We are currently investigating this issue with top priority. Merchants should be informed that customer-facing part of Paysera Checkout itself is not affected by this problem - payment collection by merchants works as expected.
