Delays in card account top-ups

Resolved in 18h 36m
Investigating 22 Aug 2026, 20:12

Some top-ups to Paysera card accounts are delayed. The amount is taken from the payment account, but does not yet appear on the card balance.

Some transfers out of card accounts may also fail. Your money is safe. Every amount is held in our system and will either reach the card balance or be returned to the payment account.

Please do not repeat the top-up. Each new attempt takes the money from your payment account again.

All other Paysera services are working normally. You can still pay with the money that is already on your card.

We are working on it and will post an update as soon as we have one.

Affected Mobile app Degraded performance Online banking Degraded performance

Since 30 July 2026, approx. 14:30 (EEST), customers in Bulgaria may be unable to withdraw cash at EasyPay offices using a withdrawal request created in the Paysera app. The disruption is caused by a technical issue on the side of our partner EasyPay, whose system is currently rejecting withdrawal requests submitted through the app. As a result, affected requests are not visible to EasyPay staff, and the requested amount may temporarily remain reserved on the customer's account without the option to cancel the request in the app.
