We would like to inform you that the current service disruptions are caused by issues in Cloudflare’s infrastructure.

Due to this external provider outage, some systems may have been temporarily unavailable or difficult to use.

We are currently experiencing a disruption affecting multiple Paysera services: Online banking (bank.paysera.com), Instant euro transfers (SEPA Instant), Euro transfers outside the EU and EEA, Other systems.
This may result in slower response times / temporary unavailability / difficulties accessing accounts.

Our engineering team is investigating the root cause and working to restore normal operations as quickly as possible.
